Women's Competitive Programs

:: Petite Elite Program ::
This program is for 3 – 7 year olds and is by invitation only. The classes are designed to fast track young gymnasts into the competitive stream of artistic gymnastics and competition. A greater emphasis on physical preparation, solid fundamentals and a healthy dose of fun is the focus of the program. Training hours and commitment levels increase naturally in accordance with age and skill level. Standards are high because we are a club committed to rising to excellence.

:: Developmental Program ::
Our Developmental girls will participate in Gymstart the BC Gymnastics Developmental Program.  The program includes Physical Criteria Assessments and Skill Assessments done at Gymstart events during the spring season. Elements must be completed to a strict requirement. Athletes receive ribbons for levels achieved. An identified score range must be met before the gymnast may move to the next level. Levels 1 to 4. Age 6 & up.
