Women's Competitive Programs

:: High Performance Program ::

Level Junior & Senior - Age 13 & up
This program is governed by Gymnastics Canada Gymnastique using the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) rules and regulations plus the Canadian special rules imposed by the Canadian National Head Coach and GCG Technical Committee. Athletes compete at Canadian sanctioned events in order to be named to Canadian teams competing internationally representing Canada. This is the highest level of international competition such as the Olympics and Worlds.

  Canadian National Program (ages 11 & up )
  High Performance Program (ages 13 & up )
