PROGRAM AGE GUIDELINES
Phoenix recreational gymnastics programs are geared to specific age levels to provide the best possible programming at each stage of development. Please adhere to this guideline when choosing a program for your child:

Registration

  • Full payment must accompany registration.
  • A $20.00 fee will be charged on NSF cheques.
  • GBC/Phoenix Club fee is non-refundable.
  • Schedule is subject to change. Classes run pending enrolment and coaching availability. Phoenix will notify prior to cancellation.
  • Make-up classes are only provided if Phoenix cancels a class.
  • A $10.00 transfer fee will be charged if a member transfers from one class to another once classes begin. Transfers will be permitted only until the halfway point of a session.
  • All age restrictions and class maximums are strictly adhered to.

Refunds

  • If a member cancels before the class begins: 80% of the class fee will be refunded or 100% will be credited towards a future program
  • If a member cancels the first day of a camp or after the first or second day of a class: 100% of the pro-rated class/camp fee balance will be credited towards a future program.
  • There will be no refunds or credits given beyond the second week of class, or first day of camp, except in the case of injury or illness. Request must be accompanied with a doctor’s note. 100% of the pro-rated balance will be refunded or credited toward a future program.
