The Regional Program offers a level of gymnastics that fits between our recreational and competitive programs. It is comprised of the Pre-Interclub, Interclub and Excelclub groups and focuses on individual effort and performance.
Entry into all groups are by assessment and invitation. Assessments are done in June of every year . The season runs from mid-August to June, and a commitment for the entire season is expected of all groups. All groups train between four and eight hours per week during the school year. Two weeks of summer training is included at the start of the season, however, most holidays are non-training days for most groups.
