is subject to change. Classes run pending enrollment
and coaching availability. Phoenix will notify
prior to cancellation.

Make-up
classes are only provided if Phoenix cancels a

$10.00 transfer fee will be charged if a member
transfers from one class to another once classes
begin. Transfers will be permitted only until the halfway point of a session.

All age restrictions and class maximums are strictly adhered to.
A NOTE ABOUT AGE CATEGORIES: Activities have been planned for each program suitable for the ages that we have recommended. When selecting a program for your child please note the age categories and register accordingly.
Refund
Policy

If a member cancels before the class/camp begins:
80% of the class/camp fee will be refunded.
*
If a member
cancels the first day of a camp OR after the first
or second day of a class: 80% of the pro-rated class/camp
fee balance will be credited towards a future program.
*
There will
be no refunds or credits given beyond the first
day of camp OR after the first or second day of
a class, except in the case of injury or illness.
Request must be accompanied with a doctor's note.
