| Youth & Adult Programs
Our mission and vision mandates that we provide a variety of gymnastics related activities that promote and support a love of movement and activity for life. The programs we offer assist in the development of healthy, active and confident young adults.
TUMBLING & TRAMPOLINE
Like the sport aerobics program, T&T offers an alternative for athletes who wish to continue in gymnastics related sport, without committing to the hours of training required by artistic gymnastics. This program is available to athletes 8 and up with prior gymnastics experience. Athletes train 5 – 71/2 hours per week and will compete in 3 – 4 competitions per year.
TEEN GYM (co-ed 13 - 18)
This gym is geared toward teens who want time in the gym to work on new skills and to perfect old ones. Gymnastics is a fantastic way to stay in shape, meet friends and build confidence.
ADULT GYM (adults: 18 and up)
Classes increase strength and flexibility with an emphasis on fun and skill development. Participants can work at their own level and pace. It is never too late to enjoy the benefits of gymnastics!
COACHES/JUDGES IN TRAINING PROGRAM
Our CIT program offers opportunities for teen gymnasts to begin their coaching training. Through workshops and volunteer activities gymnasts can prepare to take their Coaching Certification and provide mentorship to younger gymnasts in our recreational program. They can also stay in shape by doing Adult Gym and learn to be a judge as well as competing in our very own masters’ competition.
